Ranveer singh brings astounding depth to his character once again, showing both strength and vulnerability in a very natural way. The storytelling is tight and well-paced, so even though the film is long, it never feels boring. The director has done a great job in balancing action with emotions, making the film not just thrilling but also meaningful. Also the film doesn’t try to play safe, it presents a sharp, intense narrative that blends espionage with real-world tension. Another standout element is the music by Shashwat Sachdev. The songs and background score don’t just support the film, they elevate it finely. The music takes the centre stage when needed , with its bold , fresh and deeply immersive vibes . Every beat adds intensity, every note enhances emotion, making the entire experience more powerful and unforgettable. However, one thing that feels missing is the presence of Akshaye Khanna. His character had a strong impact in the earlier part, and his iconic move that went viral became one of the most talked-about moments among fans. That signature style added a unique edge, making his absence in this part even more noticeable.
The film surprises you a lot with its plot twists, like the reveal around Jameel Khan’s character, which adds a strong layer to the end . The action sequences are gritty, intense, and unapologetically brutal. The final face-off between Hamza and Major Iqbal is gripping, though it could have been shorter for a tighter impact.
One noticeable drawback is the marginalization of female characters. The narrative is heavily male-driven, leaving little room for meaningful female presence. Characters that could have added fictional balance feel underutilised and underwritten. Additionally, the relentless intensity constant violence, bloodshed, and high-octane aggression might feel overwhelming for some viewers, occasionally leading to emotional fatigue.
Overall, Dhurandhar: The Revenge (Part 2) delivers a gripping mix of action, emotion, and high-stakes drama. With Ranveer Singh leading from the front and Aditya Dhar crafting a strong narrative, the film succeeds in keeping the audience engaged throughout. The raw action, unexpected twists, and standout music elevate the experience, making it both intense and memorable.
