Radhe Shyam Review (Non-Spoiler)
You can watch Radhe Shyam once to check out the visual grandeur it has and the amazing music composition while ignoring the rest !! The story dramatically attempts to drive home a point that “no science is absolute” and “no astrology ; Palmistry here, is hundred percent accurate” as there’s always a scope to change your destiny with karma. The 140 minutes plodding long screenplay is full of characters who didn’t have much involvement in the story. Even the voiceover by Amitabh Bachchan do not set the tone to reach the message of movie reach up to its mark.
However, The VFX and technicalities of movie deserves an special applause, and adds to the visual quality of the film. The Cinematography and Picturization will blow anyone’s mind and ifs only to be watched in theatres. Back ground score and sound design is also quite brilliant. The story location around Europe and with stupendous scenic beauty in songs holds the movie for sometime. Prabhas acting is quite monotonous with his below par dialogue delivery in hindi. Definitely he has to work harder if he has to maintain that stardom. Though, he looks dapper in his costume’s assigned. Also, Bhagyashree was really looking stunning as mother to Prabhas. First half of movie is decent enough but is completely let down by the slow paced second half. Second half could have been made more attractive with more grip in the storyline. Despite flaws, Director’s portray of presenting conflict between Love & Destiny is appreciable.
